You then contact our operator after payment during business or fill out the appointment form at Appointments Be sure to ad your confirmation number. Your gift certificate/s will then be emailed to you with a ticket# on it, and you print it out to give to the receiver. Or Email it. Be sure to contact Customer Service and let them know to who, and how many you purchased or if it only goes on one recipient. To redeem user calls in 512-635-7553 during business hours and gives the ticket number to operator. The operator then sets up an appointment with the lightworker and the coordinating ticket# and emails the recipient back with appointment time. You may call after business hours and leave a message however, be sure to include your all of your information including email and phone number.
